1. Delivery area

We deliver in Potsdam · Berlin · Brandenburg. Available options (pickup, local delivery, courier/DPD) are shown at checkout based on postcode and product.

2. Pickup in Potsdam

Pickup time is confirmed in your order email. No shipping charges for pickup.

3. Local delivery

Fresh goods are delivered in the Potsdam/Berlin/Brandenburg area. Catering may include free delivery from 25,00 € order value if agreed in the quote.

4. Parcel shipping

Selected non-perishable offers may be shipped via DPD. Fresh donuts are generally only available via pickup or local delivery.

5. Shipping costs

• Standard delivery fee: 9,99 €
• Free delivery from 100,00 € (where shown)
• Minimum order shipping: 15,00 €
• Minimum order pickup: 0,00 €
• Minimum order local delivery: 15,00 € (zones may be higher)

6. Delivery times

Orders for next-day fulfilment are usually possible until the following times the day before, subject to capacity: shipping 12:00, pickup 14:00, local delivery 12:00. We recommend early ordering for weekends and holidays.

7. Failed delivery

If delivery fails due to wrong address or nobody being available, we will contact you. Repeat delivery of perishable goods may incur extra costs.

8. Transport damage

Report visible damage within 24 hours with photos to info@print-coffee.com.

9. Packaging

Food-safe packaging is used. For best quality we recommend pickup or local delivery for premium donuts.
