Allergen Information

1. General notice

Our donuts and baked goods are produced in an environment where substances that can cause allergies or intolerances may also be handled. Under the EU Food Information Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011) and BVL guidance, the following 14 allergens are subject to mandatory labelling:

• A – Cereals containing gluten, namely wheat (such as spelt and Khorasan wheat), rye, barley, oats or their hybridised strains, and products thereof
• B – Crustaceans and products thereof
• C – Eggs and products thereof
• D – Fish and products thereof
• E – Peanuts and products thereof
• F – Soybeans and products thereof
• G – Milk and products thereof (including lactose)
• H – Nuts, namely almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia or Queensland nuts, and products thereof
• L – Celery and products thereof
• M – Mustard and products thereof
• N – Sesame seeds and products thereof
• O – Sulphur dioxide and sulphites
• P – Lupin and products thereof
• R – Molluscs and products thereof

Despite careful production, cross-contamination cannot be fully excluded.

2. Product-specific information

Ingredient and allergen details are shown on product pages, at the point of sale or on request. For configurable boxes, allergens of all selected varieties and toppings apply.

Please inform us of severe allergies before ordering. We will then check whether a safe supply is possible. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products in a shared production kitchen.

3. Vegan and vegetarian options

Some items are offered as vegan or vegetarian by recipe. Traces of other allergens may still be present due to shared production.

4. Shelf life

Fresh baked goods should be consumed promptly, generally on the day of pickup or delivery. Store cool unless otherwise stated.

5. Special risk groups

Consult a physician if you have allergies, are pregnant or have dietary restrictions. Decorations may contain hard or small parts.
