Catering Terms

§ 1 Scope

These Catering Terms supplement our General Terms for donut walls, trailer bookings, weddings, corporate events, trade shows and other catering services by PRINT&COFFEE.

§ 2 Offer and booking

Inquiries are non-binding until a written quote is confirmed by both parties. The contract is formed upon written order confirmation (email suffices).

§ 3 Services

Scope may include delivery, setup, live production, staff, branding on donuts, tasting stations and packaging. Details are defined in the individual quote.

§ 4 Customer obligations

The customer provides venue access, power (if agreed), space, parking and an on-site contact person in good time.

§ 5 Prices and payment

Prices are usually plus VAT unless stated as final consumer price. A deposit (often 30–50%) may be due; balance before or on event day unless agreed otherwise.

§ 6 Cancellation

See our Cancellation Policy. Short-notice cancellations may incur costs for bound staff and materials.

§ 7 Allergens

See Allergen Information. The organiser must inform guests with allergies.

§ 8 Liability

Liability is governed by statutory rules. Damage to the customer’s venue only for intent or gross negligence unless mandatory liability applies.

§ 9 Force majeure

We may reschedule or cancel due to force majeure after consultation; partial refunds or credits for unused services.

§ 10 Image rights

We may use event photos for marketing unless you object in advance.

§ 11 Final provisions

German law; place of jurisdiction for businesses: Potsdam where permitted. Otherwise our General Terms apply.
