Printing from a USB Thumb Drive
Insert your USB stick into the USB port on the right side of the printer. Normally, a new interface will automatically open on the control panel.
If the window does not open automatically, look for this symbol
and tap on it. Depending on the USB stick, you may need to tap it multiple times.Press „Dokument aus externem Speicher drucken“ which translates to „Print from External Storage.“
Select the desired document and click on „drucken“ which translates to „Print.“
Adjust the settings for format, color, etc., and press the big blue button to start the printing process.
Finally, count the pages and proceed to the cashier.
Copy / Photo Copy
Place your documents face up in the copy tray or scanner.
Press „Kopieren“ which translates to „Copy“ on the display.
Select color, format, single-sided/double-sided printing, etc.
Press the big blue button to start the copying process.
Retrieve your copies from the printer, count the pages, and proceed to the cashier.
Scanning
only possible to a brought USB stick!
Insert your USB stick into the USB port on the right side of the printer.
Press „Dokument in externem Speicher ablegen“ which translates to „Save Document to External Storage.“
Place the document you want to scan on the scanning surface or in the copy tray for batch processing.
Select the desired format, color, etc.
Press the big blue button to start the scanning process.
Once a summary of boxes appears, the scanning process was successful. You can remove the USB stick; it does not need to be ejected separately.
Proceed to the cashier.
